1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.gmtknives.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from this Site.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system (Redsys, PayPal, Bizum, Shop Pay).

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price including shipping costs, VAT, and applicable taxes.

  • Invoices are issued in the name of the purchaser (companies may request invoice by email).

4. Product Availability

We strive to keep product information accurate. If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination, weight, and size.

  • Estimated delivery:

    • Spain: 2–5 business days

    • EU: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes in their country.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • You may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery, in compliance with EU consumer law.

  • Returned items must be new and unused.

  • Customized or used knives cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (designs, images, logos, texts, products) belongs to Hunt Masters Knives and Tools S.L. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our knives are designed for hunting and outdoor use. GMT is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of products. Use knives responsibly.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
