Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
At GMT Knives we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

We accept returns and exchanges on products that are in new, unused condition. Please note that as a small company, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges. Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange a Knife

  1. Contact Us
    Before sending anything back, please email us at info@gmtknives.com indicating your order number and intent to return or exchange.

  2. Package Your Knife
    Use the original packaging if possible, or a sturdy box with padding to protect the knife.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Any customs duties or taxes from outside the EU are also the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Inspection
    Once received, we will inspect the knife to confirm it is in new, unused condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item passes inspection. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your knife for a different model, please place a new order. Once your original item is returned and inspected, we will process the refund.

Exceptions

  • Customized items: Non-returnable unless defective in material or craftsmanship.

  • Used knives: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
